With harvest just around the corner, now is the time to prepare and focus on safety. Checking machinery, planning rosters to manage fatigue, and keeping everyone on the same page will help ensure a smooth and successful season.
October is set to be a busy month for our community. There are still a few spots left for the EOPP Succession Planning Workshop on 13th October – a great opportunity for families to gain practical tools and confidence for the future. Our Annual General Meeting follows on 16th October, giving members a chance to shape the cooperative’s direction and consider board nominations. And, of course, we look forward to seeing you at the Esperance Show on 17th-18th October.
We also have some community news: Goodyear Autocare Esperance welcomed new owners in mid-September. They remain a registered EOPP supplier, so be sure to drop in, say hello, and continue supporting this long-standing local business.
It’s a busy season ahead, and we thank you for your energy, commitment, and focus on keeping harvest safe and successful for everyone.

This month, our Supplier Spotlight highlights Squily’s Moto, a family-run motorcycle repair and small engine business with a big heart for the Esperance community. What began as backyard repairs for mates has grown into a trusted local service, keeping bikes, quads, and engines running smoothly.
Since moving into their workshop on Arthur Street three years ago, Squily’s Moto has expanded their services, supported local events, and continued to provide honest, reliable repairs with a personal touch. From motorcycles and farm quads to small engines and custom work, the team takes pride in doing things properly – always putting quality and customer care first.
More than just mechanics, they’re riders and locals themselves, bringing genuine passion to every job. Whether it’s a quick fix, a full rebuild, or just some friendly advice, Squily’s Moto is all about keeping Esperance moving.

Squily’s Moto
This month, our Supplier Spotlight highlights Squily’s Moto, your go-to local team for motorcycles, quads, and small engine repairs.
What began as backyard tinkering with mates’ bikes has grown into a much-loved family-run business that’s all about honest service and quality workmanship. When other motorcycle shops closed their doors, Squily’s Moto stepped up to keep Esperance riders and farmers moving.
These days, you’ll find them in their workshop on Arthur Street (right opposite Bunnings), where they take on everything from motorbike repairs and custom work to quad servicing, small engine maintenance, and even mobile event support for motocross and rallies. If it runs on fuel, they’ll give it a go.
What really sets Squily’s Moto apart is their passion for riding and their commitment to the community. They know firsthand how frustrating it is when your bike or engine’s out of action, and they take pride in getting it right the first time.
