When it comes to electronics and communication services, Esperance Communications has been the go-to in Esperance for more than three decades. From sales and service to repairs and installation, the store offers a wide range of services that cater to the needs of individuals and businesses right across the region.

Many will know Esperance Communications has recently changed ownership. Having been with the business for 35 years, Colin Gallop recently decided to purchase Esperance Communications as he felt driven to move the business forward with the latest advances in electronics and communications, while supporting the local Esperance community.

Local knowledge and leading-edge technology

Esperance Communications pride themselves on their customer service and high level of professionalism. Having a shopfront where people can talk to knowledgeable staff and experts who have been trained in their field is valuable and highly regarded in the local community.

Esperance Communications provide a variety of services, including:

  • Sales, service, and repairs of most electronics for the home and/or vehicles.
  • Installation and maintenance of two-way radios into vehicles or base stations in homes.
  • Computer sales and repairs, including upgrading existing computers or transferring data from old to new computers.
  • Phone and tablet sales and repairs, including being an Apple authorised reseller and repairer and also supplying android devices.
  • Sales and installation of Telstra boosters into vehicles and houses.
  • Satellite and network installation into houses.
  • Minelab metal detectors and car/caravan solar.
  • High-speed internet services through their company, WiFi WA, for those with a clear line of sight to Wireless Hill.

If you need assistance, and you’re not sure if Esperance Communications can help, they probably can! Just pop into the store and ask.

Currently, Esperance Communications are offering a range of laptops for school or business and discounts on ex-demo Minelab metal detectors.

Why Esperance Communications believe in shopping local

Esperance Communications recognise the value of local businesses in offering local knowledge and face-to-face advice. If you have any problems, you can call the business directly or pop in for assistance.

Without the support of customers buying local, small businesses will close, and customers will have no choice but to buy things out of town. In such cases, there may be the requirement to deal with overseas call centres or send items away for repair at an additional cost.

As an EOPP supplier, Esperance Communications hopes to make it easier for customers to shop with them by allowing them to buy what they need without applying for credit at multiple suppliers. This will not only streamline the buying process but will also make it more convenient for customers.
