There are no words that can truly express the depth of gratitude we owe to the volunteers who put their lives and livelihoods on hold to fight these relentless fires. Nor can we fully repay the businesses and individuals who generously donate their time, food, and resources to keep these crews going. But what we can do is say thank you – from the bottom of our hearts.
Fires continue to take a toll across our state, and this season has been especially challenging. The lack of moisture in the ground has made conditions even more volatile, allowing fires to take hold more aggressively than in previous years. While we are all weary of these ongoing threats, we are also deeply appreciative of the unwavering efforts of those who step up in the face of danger to protect people, property, and livestock.
To every volunteer firefighter, emergency responder, and supporter working tirelessly behind the scenes – your dedication does not go unnoticed. Your courage and generosity are the backbone of our communities.
